斑马鱼胚胎在环境监测中的应用研究

摘要

作为一种新型的模式动物,斑马鱼胚胎具有快速、敏感、高通量和体外测试等优点.由于斑马鱼胚胎对外界环境变化极为敏感,是有毒有害物质检测的"活试剂",已被广泛应用于环境监测领域.着重阐述斑马鱼胚胎在重金属毒性监测、有机物毒性监测以及环境样品毒性监测等方面的应用,并梳理了当前国内外有关斑马鱼胚胎毒性测试方面的标准,旨在为斑马鱼胚胎在环境监测领域的研究提供重要参考.%As a new type of model animal,zebrafish embryos have the advantages of rapid,sensitive,high throughput,and in vitro testing. Zebrafish embryos have been widely used in the field of environmental monitoring because it's extremely sensitive to the changes in the environment and was used the"living reagent"for the detection of toxic and harmful substances. The appli-cation of zebrafish embryos in monitoring toxicity of heavy metals,organic compounds and environmental samples were elaborated, and the current domestic and foreign standards for zebrafish embryo toxicity testing were reviewed,in order to provide an important reference for the research of zebrafish embryos in the field of environmental monitoring.
