环境影响评价中,环境质量现状监测是了解评价区环境质量状况的基础,也是预测评价中参照的本底值.为了进一步规范环境影响评价中的环境现状监测与评价,对环境影响评价中现状监测及评价中存在的问题进行了调查.目前环境现状监测与评价中存在监测布点不合理、采样不规范、评价不科学等问题.针对存在的问题提出了改进对策,促进环境现状监测与评价更趋于科学化.%In the environmental impact assessment, monitoring is not only an important basis which reflect environment quali-ty, but also background reference in prediction assessment. In order to further standardize the environmental impact assessment of environmental monitoring and assessment, the environmental impact assessment of the status of monitoring and evaluation of the existing problems were investigated. At present, monitoring point layout is not reasonable, sample collection is not standardized and unscientific evaluation were existed in environmental monitoring and evaluation. These affected on the scientific nature and accuracy of the conclusions of the environmental impact assessment seriously. Combining with the work experience in the environ-mental impact assessment, the current environmental impact assessment of environmental monitoring and assessment of the existing problems were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem were proposed.
