The relationship between ideological and political edu-cation and the ecological environment and the value of ideological and political education to the ecological environment, the ideo-logical and political work of college students in the index technical college are introduced in detail. The transformation functions of ideological and political education and ecological environment in the vocational and technical colleges are discussed.
