携带微生物对室内健身器材污染的环境消毒状况分析研究

     

摘要

为了降低携带微生物污染的健身器材对人体健康的影响以及对环境的污染,需要对健身器材进行消毒处理,提出基于新型化学反应检测的健身器材消毒方法,采用蓝色LED光照射方法对微生物污染的健身器进行微生物探测,以三氟乙酰胺合成卤代醇为底物融合水溶剂进行器材表面擦拭,将健身器材表明的微生物污染物质合成了碘代醇衍生物,从而在降低了对人体的健康损害的同时,避免了微生物擦拭废水对环境的污染.实验结果表明,采用该方法进行携带微生物污染的健身器材消毒具有很好的环保效能.并在此基础上,提出了改善微生物环境污染的对应策略.%In order to reduce the impact on human health and environmental pollution of fitness equipment with microbial pol-lution, it is necessary to sterilize the fitness equipment.A new disinfection method of fitness equipment based on chemical reac-tion detection is proposed.The microorganism was detected by blue LED light irradiation method,and the surface of the apparatus was cleaned with trifluoroacetamide as the substrate,halogenated alcohol as the substrate and water solvent.In order to reduce the damage to human health and avoid the environmental pollution caused by microorganism wiping wastewater,the iodine alcohol de-rivative was synthesized from the microbial contaminants of fitness equipment.The disinfection of body building equipment with microorganism contamination has good environmental protection effect.On this basis, corresponding strategies for improving mi-crobial environmental pollution are put forward.
