介绍了信息化智能环卫“综合管理+规划”系统软件研发的目的、内容和技术路线,阐述了该系统在城市市容环境综合管理和规划中的功能设计和应用,通过对该系统进行统一调控和管理,实现智能环卫,精细化管理.%The purpose,content and technical route of research and development on software of "Comprehensive Management + Planning" system for informational intelligent environmental sanitation were introduced.The function design and apphcation of the system in comprehensive management and planning of city appearance were expounded.Through unified regulation and management on this system,the intelligent environmental sanitation and fine management can be realized.
