危险废物焚烧余热利用与烟气净化工艺分析

摘要

通过实际工程分析了危险废物焚烧余热利用与烟气净化工艺的选择,提出采用“回转窑+二燃室+余热锅炉+螺杆膨胀机+急冷塔+旋风除尘器+干式反应塔+活性炭喷射装置+布袋除尘器+湿式洗涤塔+烟气加热器”的工艺,可以实现能量利用以及污染物达标排放.%By the practical project,we analyzed the waste-heat utilization and cleaning process of flue gas produced by hazardous waste incineration,and proposed the technology of rotary kiln+second corubustion chamber+waste-heat boiler+screw expander+quench tower+cyclone dust collector+dry reactor+activated carbon injection device+bag dust collector+ wet scrubber tower+flue gas heater.The technology can realize energy utilization and pollutant discharging under certain standard.
