基于SWOT分析的吉林市引入环卫PPP模式应用前景研究

摘要

We used SWOT method to analyze specifically the development prospect of PPP mode through introducing the internal strengths and disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges of PPP in Jilin city.Combining with the theory of enterpriser government,we proposed the suggestions including learning from related experiences reasonably,strengthening government supervision,paying attention to healthy competition in the market,perfecting the relevant laws and regulations.%使用SWOT分析手段,通过对吉林市引入环卫工程PPP的内部优势、劣势及外部的机遇、挑战,对其发展前景进行具体剖析.并结合企业家政府理论,提出吉林市应合理借鉴相关经验、加强政府的监督职能、注重市场的良性竞争、健全相关法律法规的建议.
