德国生活垃圾处理考察总结及其对广东省的启示

摘要

通过对德国生活垃圾处理现状考察,简述了德国管理政策的发展变化、垃圾处理设施建设、垃圾分类及居民责任等情况,对比了广东省生活垃圾处理的政策制定、设施建设、垃圾分类、居民收费的实际情况,分别从体系建设、法律体系、经济手段、公民教育等方面探讨广东省生活垃圾处理的启示和建议.%Through the study of German garbage disposal status,we expounded the development and changes of the German management policy,as well as their waste disposal facilities construction,garbage classification and residents responsibil ity,then compared them with the actual situation of Guangdong's garbage disposal policy,infrastructure construction,garbage classification,resident fees,so as to respectively discussed the enlightenment and suggestions on system construction,legal system,economic means,civic education and other aspects of garbage disposal in Guangdong.
