To enhance the resistance to oil and the anticorrosion capability of HDPE membrane,we developed the synthetic plastic HDPE membrane by using nanometer high polymer technology.The effects of corrosive solution,exposure time,the temperature on the membrane performances were analyzed.The results showed that all technical performance of the modified membrane were satisfied to the corresponding standards and can resist the erosion of a variety of corrosive solutions.The average retention rate of the mechanical properties was 95.39%,17.70% higher than the ordinary HDPE membrane afler 28 days.The corrosion resistance of the modified membrane was enhanced in higher temperature organic solution,and the average mechanical properties at 60 ℃ was 1.94% higher than that at 25 ℃ in benzene solution.%采用纳米高分子合金技术研制出合成塑胶改性HDPE膜,探讨了不同腐蚀性溶液、腐蚀时间和腐蚀温度对改性膜性能的影响.结果表明:合成塑胶HDPE膜各项技术性能指标均符合标准要求,可以抵抗多种腐蚀性溶液的侵蚀;腐蚀28 d后,其力学性能综合平均保持率为95.39%,较普通HDPE膜高17.70%;在高温有机溶液中的耐腐蚀性增强,苯溶液中腐蚀温度为60℃时改性膜的平均力学性能较25℃时高1.94%.
