生活垃圾焚烧厂飞灰固化方法的优化研究

     

摘要

通过试验研究分析了南方某城市生活垃圾焚烧厂产生的飞灰固化用的螯合剂和水泥配比,优化试剂选用.结果表明:随着水泥配比的增加,试块的无侧力抗压强度和耐磨性显著提高,膨胀系数相对减小;试用的螯合剂在同一配比,即飞灰∶螯合剂∶水泥为100∶2∶10试验条件下,二恶英检测结果均符合国家标准要求.%Based on the experimental study,the ratio between chelating agent and cement for the solidification of fly ash generated in the MSW incineration plant in the developed areas in south China has been analyzed.And the selection of reagents was also optimized.The results showed that the compressive strength and wear resistance of the test block were improved obviously,the expansion coefficient decreased relatively with the increase of cement ratio;under the test condition of the same ratio of the chelating agent,fly ash∶ chelating agent∶ cement was 100 ∶ 2 ∶ 10,the test results of dioxin met the requirements of the national standard.
