重金属铬(Cr6+)胁迫对地黄幼苗生长影响的研究

         

摘要

本研究以怀地黄苗为材料,采用组织培养法,探究了不同Cr6+浓度及胁迫时间对其幼苗株高、根茎叶生长状况及生物量、死亡率的影响。结果表明:在给定胁迫时间下,低浓度的 Cr6+(0.5 mmol/L)对怀地黄幼苗生长表现出一定的促进作用,鲜重、干重、根长、叶片数量呈现上升趋势,而高浓度Cr6+对幼苗生长表现出明显的抑制作用。怀地黄幼苗在1 mmol/L Cr6+浓度下仍可以较好地生长,可见地黄对重金属铬毒害的抵抗能力较强。%e studied the stress effects in Rehmannia glutinosa seedlings by tissue culture under differ-ent Cr6+ concentrations and the time of Cr6+ stress. The plant height,growth status of root,stem, and leaf,biomass and mortality were measured. The results indicated that,in given stress time,low concentration of Cr6+(0. 5mmol/L)had a positive effect on fresh weight,dry weight,root length, and leaf number of Rehmannia glutinosa seedlings,while high concentration of Cr6+ significantly re-duced their biological activities. Rehmannia glutinosa seedlings could still grow well when the Cr6+concentration was up to 1. 0 mmol/L,which suggested they had strong tolerance ability to Cr6+.
