上海市某重金属污染地块健康风险评估研究

     

摘要

In this paper, on the basis of analysis of the site environmental investigation report of a chemical enterprise in Shanghai City, health risk assessment was carried out according to the requirements in the technical specification for risk assessment of contaminated sites of Shanghai (2016). The results showed that the health risk of Cu in the soil to the potential sensitive receptors was within the acceptable range, but those of Hg and As exceeded the acceptable range. Therefore, the site needed to be rehabilitated before redevelopment and utilization. By taking the techno - economic feasibility of follow - up remediation and laboratory testing ability into consideration, with regard to the site risk control value, priority was given to the calculated risk control value. If the calculated result was less than the sensitive site selection value in Shanghai, then the sensitive site selection value was selected as the site risk control value. The comprehensive control value of Hg in soil was 7. 56 mg/kg, and the earth volume needed to be rehabilitated was 4 111 m3. The risk control value of As was 20 mg/kg, and the earth volume needed to be rehabilitated was 5 211 m3.%文章通过分析上海市某化工企业场地环境调查报告,按照《上海市污染场地风险评估技术规范》 (2016)要求,开展该地块健康风险评估工作.结果表明,该地块土壤中铜对潜在敏感受体的健康风险值在可接受范围内,汞、砷的健康风险值超过了可接受范围,该地块在开发前需进行场地修复.综合考虑后续修复的技术经济可行性以及实验室检测能力,场地风险控制值优先引用计算所得风险控制值,若计算结果小于上海市敏感用地筛选值,则选取敏感用地筛选值作为场地风险控制值.土壤中汞的风险控制值为7. 56 mg/kg,需要修复汞的土方量为4 111 m3;砷的综合风险控制值为20 mg/kg,需要修复砷的土方量为5 211 m3.
