辽宁省机动车氮氧化物总量减排对策探讨

摘要

12thFive-Year Major Pollutant Emission Control Plan has nitrogen oxides （NOx） into the control index,the data showed that motor vehicle emissions of NOx to share about 30%,therefore, strengthen the motor vehicle emission reduction is imperative. In 2011, motor vehicle emissions of NOx in Liaoning Province appear a growing trend, accordingly, the paper studied the status motor vehicle emissions reduction in Liaoning,analyzed the problems and deficiencies, and proposed recommendations of improving the motor vehicle emission reduction.%“十二五”主要污染物总量控制规划将氮氧化物纳入总量控制指标体系，有关数据表明，机动车排放的氮氧化物分担率约为30％，因此加强机动车总量减排势在必行。2011年辽宁省的机动车氮氧化物排放呈增长趋势，据此，研究全省机动车总量减排现状，分析存在的问题与不足，提出改进与加强机动车总量减排的对策建议。
