氧化亚氮分解催化剂的研究进展

         

摘要

The recent research on N2O decomposition catalysts are summarized, including ion exchange molecular sieve, transitional metal oxide, supported noble metal catalysts, etc. For ion exchange molecular sieve catalysts, molecular sieve skeleton structure, metal ion type and preparation methods have all effects on the catalytic activity. For transition metal oxide catalysts, the specific surface areas and the catalytic activities of Co-Al and Co-Mn-Al oxides derived from hydrotaf cite-like compounds are all high, and their catalytic activities can be improved by adding some alkali metals or alkaline earth metals on the catalyst surface. For noble metal catalysts, the catalytic activities of the catalysts with reducible supports are higher The Co-based mixed oxides supported Au catalysts are considered as promising catalysts for N2O decomposition at low temperature.%对近年来N2O分解反应催化剂的研究进行了综述,包括离子交换分子筛、过渡金属氧化物、负载型贵金属等催化剂.对于离子交换分子筛催化剂而言,分子筛骨架结构、交换离子类型、制备方法均对催化剂的活性有一定影响.在过渡金属氧化物催化剂中,Co-A1、Co-Mn-A1等类水滑石衍生复合氧化物的比表面积和催化活性均较高,在其表面添加适量的碱金属或碱土金属助剂可进一步提高催化活性.在贵金属催化剂中,还原型载体负载的催化剂活性较高.Co基复合氧化物负载Au催化剂有望成为实用型的N2O低温分解催化剂.
