在线喷水加湿控制道路扬尘排放的研究

     

摘要

The falling of bulk material was performed in an experiment apparatus to simulate the air-borne dust raised on the road. Two phase water-air nozzle was applied to control the emission of road dust by online water-spraying humidification. The effect of air pressure and spraying water flux on road dust emission and inhalable particles pollution control was investigated. Results showed that under the optimal air pressure of 0.3 MPa and optimal spraying water flux of 20 mL/min,the online water-spraying humidification system presented the perfect performance for controlling of inhalable particles,with the emission rate of PM2.5 ,PM5 and PM10 were 170.16, 438.71 and 952. 63 mg/kg respectively,given the correlated reduce rate of 54.75% ,58.82% and 56.07%. The online water-spraying humidification system could achieve perfect dust-controlling efficiency with little water spraying flux and treatment cost,it had practical value for road dust control.%利用实验室模拟装置,模拟道路扬尘在自由下落过程中的飞扬溢出情况,并采用气水两相流雾化喷头,通过在线喷水加湿的方法以控制道路扬尘的排放量,探讨了喷头的空气压力和加水流量对道路扬尘排放的影响,并考察了最佳加湿条件(最佳的空气压力和加水流量)下道路扬尘中可吸入颗粒物的排放控制效果.结果表明,当气水两相流雾化喷头的空气压力为0.3 MPa、加水流量为20 mL/min时,对道路扬尘中可吸入颗粒物PM2 5、PM5、PM10的排放控制效果较好,此时3者的排放率分别为170.16、438.71、952.63 mg/kg,减排率分别达54.75%、58.82%、56.07%;采用在线喷水加湿的方法控制道路扬尘的排放,可以较小的加水流量实现较好的控制效果,有助于降低降尘成本,具有一定的实用价值.
