The UV/H2O2 advanced oxidation process was employed for removal of antibiotics from swine wastewater. The effect of pH, H2O2 dosage and reaction time on the removal efficiency was investigated. Results showed that UV/H2O2 process presented perfect performance for antibiotics removal. Under the optimal conditions of initial pH 5.0,H2O2 dosage of 7.0 mmol/L and the reaction time of 60 min,more than 95% of 5 antibiotics (2.0mg/L) were removed from swine wastewater. The degradation of 5 antibiotics could be well described by the first-order reaction rate model.%随着畜禽养殖业的迅猛发展,畜禽养殖废水污染问题日益突出,尤其是养殖过程中大量使用抗生素,致使畜禽养殖废水含有抗生素,成为一类新型环境危害污染物.如何有效去除畜禽养殖废水中的抗生素,成为国内外研究热点.采用UV/H2O2联合氧化法去除畜禽养殖废水中抗生素(磺胺甲恶唑、磺胺噻唑、磺胺甲噻二唑、磺胺二甲氧嘧啶、磺胺二甲嘧啶),主要优化了反应过程中的初始pH、H2O2投加量、反应时间,同时探讨了抗生素的氧化降解动力学.结果表明:(1)经高效液相色谱与质谱联用(HPLC/MS)测量,以峰面积为纵坐标,抗生素质量浓度为横坐标作曲线,5种抗生素氧化降解过程线性拟合的相关系数都在0.998以上,HPLC/MS可以用于5种抗生素的定量分析.(2)在UV波长为254 nm、抗生素质量浓度为2.0 mg/L、pH为5.0、H2O2投加量为7.0 mmol/L、反应时间为60 min的条件下,5种抗生素去除率均达到95%以上.可见,UV/H2O2能有效氧化降解畜禽养殖废水中的抗生素.(3)UV/H2O2氧化降解5种抗生素的过程均符合一级反应动力学拟合方程.
