从太原市某污水处理厂的回流污泥中筛选出3株同步硝化反硝化高效菌,初步鉴定为青霉菌(Penicillium sp.),研究了3株青霉菌在A2/O工艺中的脱氮性能并应用于实际工程.结果表明:3株青霉菌的脱氮能力3 #>1 #>2 #;体积比为1 #∶2#∶3#=3∶2∶5的青霉菌混合液脱氮性能稳定,对氨氮和总氮的去除率高于单株青霉菌;实际工程应用验证表明,3株青霉菌确实具有促进同步硝化反硝化的功能,出水的氨氮和总氮均可以达到《提取类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21905-2008).%3 simultaneous nitrification and denitrification effective bacteria were iseolecated from returned sludge of a wastewater plant in Taiyuan,which were primarily identified as Penicillium sp..Nitrigen removal performance of 3 Penicillium sp.were studied in A2/O process and were also applied in engineering.Results showed that nitrogen removal performance was 3# >1# >2#.Mixtrue of 3 Penicillium sp.with volume ratio of 1# ∶ 2# ∶ 3# =3 ∶ 2 ∶ 5 had stable nitrogen removal performance and showed better ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen reomval rates than single Penicillium sp..In the engineering application verification,3 Penicillium sp.was conformed simultaneous nitrification and denitrification function with effluent ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen meeting "Discharge standard of water pollutants for pharmaceutical industry extraction products category" (GB 21905-2008).
