Through the analysis of O3 concentration temporal and spatial variation characteristics over 338 cities( Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan are not included in the statistics) during 2013 to 2016, it showed that O3 pollution was increasingly prominent in China. O3 concentrations in 54 cities exceeded the ClassⅡAmbient Air Quality, and of which 75. 9% cities located in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the surrounding area, Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River delta, indicated a significant regional pollution characteristics. O3 concentrations of 74 cities were mainly on the rise and the proportion of the cities which had high values was becoming lager. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area had got the most severe O3 pollution. O3 pollution showed outstanding seasonal characteristics, since the pollution was mainly concentrated from May to October. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area had the most polluted days in June, Yangtze River Delta in May, the Pearl River Delta in October. Suggestions were proposed that we should strengthen the O3 formation analysis, establish the O3 pollution control strategies to effectively cope with O3 pollution and to realize scientific reduction.%分析2013—2016年中国开展臭氧(O3)监测的338个城市(港、澳、台不在统计范围)O3污染现状和时空变化特征,结果表明:中国城市O3污染日益突出,2015年54个城市O3超标,75.9%的O3超标城市位于京津冀及周边、长三角、珠三角区域,O3区域污染特征显著.74个城市O3浓度整体呈上升趋势并向高值区集中,京津冀区域O3污染最为严重.O3污染季节变化特征明显,O3污染主要集中于5—10月,京津冀、长三角和珠三角区域O3最高超标天数分别出现在6、5、10月.建议加强O3成因分析,建立O3污染控制策略,有效应对O3污染,实现科学减排.
