干垃圾中角蛋白基有机质制备生物炭的性能研究

         

摘要

Biochar can be produced through the organic matter in the domestic waste,to realize the total quantity reduction,recycling,and harmlessness of domestic waste.The characteristics of keratin-based biomass carbon were determined by elemental composition,pH value,infrared spectra and SEM scanning of bio-carbon,prepared by carbonization of keratinbased organic matters in dry waste.With the increase of carbonization temperature,the carbon content of keratin-based biochar was increased.pH value was weak alkaline,and it had well-developed microporous,mesoporous and strong adsorption capacity.At the same time,the stability of biochar in the carbonization process was strengthened.The obtained biochar could be applied to sewage sludge composting,adjustment of soil organic carbon content and enrichment of heavy metal,also be used as the adsorbent of atmospheric or water pollutants.%通过生活垃圾中有机质制备生物炭,实现生活垃圾的全量减量化、资源化、无害化目的.对干垃圾中角蛋白基有机质炭化制备出的生物炭进行元素组成、pH值、红外谱图、SEM的分析研究,确定了角蛋白基生物质炭的性能特征.研究发现:随着炭化温度的升高,角蛋白基生物炭碳含量增加,pH值呈弱碱性,具有发达的微孔、中孔和很强的吸附能力,同时炭化过程中增加了生物炭的稳定性.所得生物质炭可应用于城市污泥堆肥、土壤有机碳含量的调整和重金属的富集,还可以作为大气污染物或水体污染物的吸附剂.
