美国放射性废物处置补偿探析

The safe disposal of radioactive waste is an important part of the security and sustainable development of nuclear power,finance compensation for seat of disposal site is a way to get support of local residents and government This article analyzes the legal system and research practice of radioactive waste disposal in US,and then put forward corresponding suggestions based on the situations of radioactive waste disposal in China.%放射性废物的安全处置是保障核电事业可持续发展的重要环节,对处置场所在地给予一定的财政补偿是取得当地居民和政府的支持的一种方式.本文系统分析了美国放射性废物处置补偿的法规体系及补偿研究实践,并对我国放射性废物处置的补偿提出了相应的建议.
