硫氰酸汞比色法测定空气中氯化氢的原理分析

             

摘要

本文通过分析比色过程中存在的主要化学反应和副反应,得出国标HJ/T27-1999中硫氰酸汞显色剂浓度达不到绝对过量,造成氯化氢校准曲线的b值不稳定、测量精密度不能满足要求;并通过系列实验,验证了近年来发表于主流期刊的论文的观点并对存在的错误进行纠正,提出了比色过程中气泡干扰可以用超声消除.%Through discussing of the main chemical reactions and side reactions in the chromogenic reactions,we found that the chromogenic reagent concentration which should be according to the method HJ/T27-1999 isn′t entirely or absolutely excess compared with Cl-,that is why the B-value of calibration curve is so unstable and the precision of measurement could not meet the requirements;And through a series of experiments,we verify the views of the papers published in the mainstream journals in recent years and correct some mistake,and got that the bubble-interference can be eliminated by ultrasound.
