黄河河口已有治理开发生态环境影响回顾性评价

摘要

Retrospective evaluation of the environmental impact is an important part for EIA of area or basin planning� The Yellow River estuary as a case study, this paper discusses the retrospective evaluation of estuary harnessing and development, and analyzed the huge environmental benefits and local adverse effects on the basin and region by the implementation of Yellow River harnessing and development activities after 60 years since the Yellow River governance.%环境影响回顾性评价是区域规划环境影响评价的重要组成部分。本文以黄河河口已有治理开发的环境影响回顾性评价为例，对区域的回顾性评价工作进行初步探讨，分析了人民治黄60余年来河口治理开发活动对流域、区域生态环境产生的环境效益和不利影响。
