利用融资租赁解决中小企业融资难司题

摘要

Developing financing and leasing business is an important way to resolve the difficulty of small and medium - sized enterprises financing. This paper compares the approach of financing and leasing with financing cost current value of required equipments by the approach of loan purchasing, analyzes the advantages of financing and leasing in small and medium - sized enterprises, and aimed at the existing problems in our country＇s financing and leasing business, proposes that it is necessary to enhance the publicity efforts of financing and leasing in small and medium - sized enterprises; improve the policies of the governmental supports; build and improve the laws and regulations of our country＇ s financing and leasing.%发展融资租赁业务是化解中小企业融资难问题的重要途径，本文对融资租赁方式与采用贷款购置方式取得所需设备的融资成本现值进行比较，分析融资租赁在中小企业中的优越性，并针对目前我国融资租赁行业存在问题提出建议：加大融资租赁在中小企业宣传力度；完善政府扶植政策；建立健全我国融资租赁业的法规体系等。
