民营企业景气监测及转型升级对策研究——以浙江省嘉兴市为例

摘要

As the state of economic operation is essentially attributed to an obscure concept,this paper attempts to build an obscure monitoring model with fuzzy mathematical theory,and take the Jiaxing city,Zhejiang province as an example to analyze the prosperity of private enterprises.The results have indicated that it is helpful for the government functional departments at all levels to grasp the state of private enterprise operation and provide the governments with references to decision-making by using prosperity monitoring method to explore the common characters of private enterprises,paths to restructuring and upgrading of private enterprises,countermeasures to of the governments to support private enterprises restructuring and upgrading.%经济运行状态本来就是一个模糊的概念。本文尝试运用模糊数学的理论建立模糊预警模型,以浙江省嘉兴市为例进行民营企业景气监测分析。结果表明：采用景气监测法探讨民营企业之共性、民营企业转型升级之路径选择和政府扶持民营企业转型升级的对策建议,有助于各级政府职能部门把握民营企业的运行状况,为政府决策提供参考。
