贡量管理体系中的过程及过程方法

摘要

质量管理体系之所以称为“体系”，是因为从顾客需求、产品实现到测量分析和改进等一系列过程是一个完整的、不能断裂的系统，是一个有机的系统集成。针对质量管理体系的过程方法及其应用，分析、阐明了过程、过程方法与其他概念的相互关系、区别，并从建立、审核质量管理体系的角度，提出了应用过程方法时应关注的问题，为过程方法的有效应用提供了指南。%Quality management system is a complete and unceasing organic system integrator from customer requests, product realiza- tion to measurements and improvements. In accordance with the application of process approaches in quality management system, the paper analyzes and describes the relationship and discrimination among process, process approach and other concepts. From the perspective of establishing and auditing the quality management system, it proposes some problems of concern when using process approach, which provides a guidance for effective utilization of process approach.
