企业污染与社会生态安全问题研究

摘要

Evolved into a social problem, enterprise pollution has manifold negative effects on the society, which tends to directly trigger mass incidents and evoke online events from the viewpoint of the social ecological security, constituting a direct threat to common people' s lives and creating a severe psychological panic of residents. To promote the concept of the scientific de- velopment and the ecological environmental protection, we should not avoid the social ecological security caused by the en- terprise pollution. Enterprise operators should have not only advanced market concepts, but also the concept of the society responsibilities for security and stability.%企业污染已上升演变成社会问题。企业污染对社会的负面影响是多方面的，从社会生态安全角度而言，会直接引发群体性事件、诱发网上群体事件、对百姓生活构成直接威胁、使企业遭遇“双刃剑”、造成居民严重心理恐慌等。在倡导科学发展和生态、环保理念中，我们不应回避由于企业污染所引发的社会“次生矛盾”——社会生态安全。企业经营者不仅要有市场理念，还必须有安全稳定的社会责任观念。
