开放条件下我国金融安全网建设的分析

摘要

Financial crisis that originated in the United States in 2008 has gradually globalized, and all the countries in the word to different degree have been influenced, which has resulted in paying much attention to financial safety again. Our country＇ s financial industry has completely open after the end of interim period. Therefore, it is urgent to build necessary financial safety network to ensure financial safety. This paper believes that the building of our country＇ s financial safety network should in- clude the improvement of financial monitoring system, the establishment of deposit insurance system, the improvement of last lender system, and the settinz uo of ＂auick resoondin mechanism＂ to deal with financial aaeneies crisis.%2008年美国金融危机逐渐全球化，各国不同程度地受到影响，金融安全问题再次被重视。我国金融业在结束过渡期后已经完全开放，为了确保金融安全，建设必要的金融安全网刻不容缓。本文认为，我国金融安全网的建设应包括完善金融监管体系、建立存款保险制度、完善最后贷款人制度、建立金融机构危机处理的“快速反应机制”方面内容。
