An Investigation into the Impact of Credit Rating Changes on Bond Market and Stock Market

摘要

This paper endeavors to explore the consequences of credit rating, outlook and watch signals. The research is conducted by reviewing some previous researches; as a result,the effect of credit rating changes on financial market could be apparently seen, and the effects on stock market and bond market are mainly analyzed here. From the research, credit rating especially downgrade has signifi cant infl uences on the markets.
