电子水平仪精度分析与测试

摘要

This paper introduces the structure and measuring principle of a high precision electronic level,in which using high precision two-dimensional turntable is proposed for the new method of electronic level verification.For electronic level,its accuracy within,precision without and stability precision are analyzed.Finally,in small angle tester calibration and two-dimensional turntable accuracy calibration are used as two methods of electronic level verification.The experimental result shows that the method of using two-dimensional turntable calibration of electronic level can meet the requirements of electronic level verification.And compared with the traditional verification method,this method has the advantages of intelligent,automation and high efficiency.%文章介绍一种高精度电子水平仪的结构与测量原理,提出利用高精度二维转台对电子水平仪进行检定的新方法,并对电子水平仪的内符合精度、外符合精度以及稳定性进行精度分析.最后采用小角度检查仪检定和二维转台检定两种方法对电子水平仪的精度进行检定.实验结果表明,利用二维转台检定电子水平仪的方法能够满足电子水平仪的检定要求,与传统检定方法相比,该方法具有智能化、自动化和高效性等优点.
