模块化液力偶合器应用于600MW超临界燃煤发电机组的适应性分析

     

摘要

Super-critical set is the trend of world heat power plant development,Nowadays our country is doing research of domestically produced auxiliary equipments.This paper analyses the adaptability of modular hydraulic coupling working in 600 MW super-critical coal fired generating set,presents its speed control system,structure,modular design,energy saving and etc.Aims to quicken domestically produced process by absorbing and mastery of import equipment key technology.Modular hydraulic coupling is which can be made up by different changeable modules that have different performance with same function unit,to match the motor-driven boiler feedwater pump set meeting the rotation speed requirements of super-critical generating set and save itself slip loss.Modular hydraulic coupling has the factors of satisfaction of needs,economic,high reliability,optimal design,standardization and low maintenance,which has better foreground application.%超临界燃煤发电机组是当今世界火电发展的趋势,我国正在加快超临界机组辅机装备的国产化创新进程。分析了模块化液力偶合器应用于600MW超临界燃煤发电机组的适应性,介绍了其调速方式、结构配置、模块化设计、节能等特点,旨在通过对引进装备的消化吸收,掌握关键技术,加快国产化进程。模块化液力偶合器是将设备上同一功能单元,设计成具有不同功能、可以互换的模块,选用不同模块即可组成不同类型、不同规格的设备,以匹配电动调速给水泵满足超临界燃煤发电机组各种工况的转速要求,减少自身的滑差损耗。模块化液力偶合器体现了满足需要、经济合理,可靠性高、优化整合、标准化和低维修的原则,有着很好的应用前景。
