提高1GW超超临界机组变负荷性能的策略分析及实践

         

摘要

The special role and the special responsibility of the local coal-fired unit in the AGC adjustment are unscrambled by the main features of Shanghai Power Grid. 1 GW ultra supercritical unit is hard to be adapted to the frequent frequency regulation in Power Grid owning to its equipment features, but the AGC adjustment is a basic obligation of power plants that have entered Power Grid. As the external condition of coal-fired power plant is hard to change in a short while, coal-fired power plant need to make a breakthrough from itself so as to adapt to the present load regulation of Power Grid. As is introduced in the paper, Shanghai Waigaoqiao No. 3 Power Plant seeks a breakthrough by the innovational thinking, which adopts the technology of frequency regulation with condensate throttling during the beginning of the commercial operation and the technology of frequency regulation with high pressure extract steam during the period of constant improving AGC performance. Distinguish methods are found by statistics on the situation of considering the large change of load and the small frequent inverted load regulation, which provide the basis for the strategy formation. And the restraint suggestion is provided for the inverse effect of primary frequency regulation when the load changes in one direction.%从上海电网的主要特征入手,解读本地燃煤机组在电网自动发电控制(AGC)调节中的特殊角色和所需承担的特殊责任;而1GW超超临界机组因其设备特点很难适应电网频繁调频的需求;但AGC调节是上网电厂的一项基本义务,外部形势一时很难改变,燃煤电厂需从自身寻找突破口,以期适应当今电网的调峰需求。介绍了上海外高桥第三发电厂以创新思路寻求突破点,在投产初期采用凝结水调频技术,在持续改进AGC性能期间采用高压抽汽调频技术,在兼顾大幅增减负荷和小幅频繁反向调节负荷两种方式时,通过统计找到辨识方法为策略形成提供依据,并且对单向变负荷时一次调频的反作用提出了约制的建议。
