枫泾换流站内冷水主循环泵切换逻辑分析及措施

         

摘要

Internal cooling water system is the main equipment of circulating pump converter station. Main circulating pump drive cooling water {low in the entire internal water cooling system, the heat in the working con- verter valve has been generated to outdoor cooling equipment to complete hot and cold exchange of the convert er valve and outdoor cooling equipment. This paper introduced work principle of the main circulation pump switch of 500kV Fengjing converter station cooling water system. Through depth troubleshooting of the valve cooling system, analyzes the master and charged relationship with internal water cooling system, control sys- tem input and output relationship, switches poor risks set in the unreasonable logic and anti-jamming, and ap- propriate corrective measures. Propose to increase the capacity of inverter DC side of the flat wave capacitor or to connect external smoothing capacitor to prevent the inverter to restart due to the exchange perturbation and frequent cutting pump which increase the potential causes of accidents .%内冷水系统主循环泵是换流站的关键设备,其驱动内冷水系统的冷却水流动,将换流阀工作时产生的热量带至户外冷却设备,完成换流阀与户外冷却设备的冷热交换。介绍了±500kV枫泾换流站内冷水系统主循环泵切换工作原理,通过阀冷却系统深度隐患排查,分析了内冷水系统中主控与被控的关系,控制系统中输入与输出的关系,切换逻辑中不合理设置和抗干扰差等隐患,提出了消除隐患的整改措施,并建议增加变频器直流侧或外接平波电容器,防止变频器因交流扰动重启而频繁切泵,增加事故隐患。
