高炉煤气双蓄热式钢包烘烤器的设计及研究

摘要

介绍北兴特钢高炉煤气双蓄热式钢包烘烤器的工作原理及结构，对比于普通烘烤器及单蓄热式钢包烘烤器，总结了其高效利用低热值燃料的优点，分析选取空、煤气射流比的相关因素。%Introduced the working principle and structure of double regenerative ladle heater with BFG of the project construction in Beixing special steel factory .Summarized the advantage of efficient utili-zation of low-valued fuel during the running time in contrast to ordinary heater and single regenerative heater.Analyzed the relevant factors about selecting jet ratios .
