洗涤式燃气调压器的稳压性能研究

摘要

针对某钢厂现有加热炉上燃气热值仪预处理系统的不足，设计了一种具有调压稳压功能和燃气清洁功能的新型洗涤式燃气调压器。通过实验研究不同水位下的稳压特性，得出了设定流量下的静态特性线与稳压精度。发现在800mm水位下，进气压强由9000Pa变化至15000Pa时，出气压强在2400～2650Pa之间波动，稳压精度为4.8％，其中在9500～15000Pa的进气压强范围内，出气压强相对于预设值的变化幅度为1.9％。在700和500mm水位下，稳压精度为4.8％。在600 mm水位下，稳压精度为5.8％。结果表明工作条件下，该调压器具有很好的稳压效果。%A different type of gas regulator with the function of regulation and gas-cleaning is de-signed to overcome the shortage of one steel plant's furnace's gas calorimeter pretreatment system.Sev-eral experiments have been done to research its regulation characteristics of different water levels.The pressure characteristic line and regulation accuracy in working flow states, at the level of 800mm, when the inlet pressure ranges from 9000Pa to 15000Pa, the outlet pressure ranges from 2400 ~2650Pa, the regulate accuracy is 4.8%.At the inlet pressure range of 9500 ~15000Pa, the outlet pressure changes 1.9%relative to the set value.At the level of 700 and 500mm, the regulate accuracy is 4.8%.At the level of 600mm, the regulate accuracy is 5.8%.The results state in the working conditions, the type of gas regulator is provided with excellent regulation effect .
