烧结余热回收除氧器智能控制

摘要

通过对热力除氧原理的分析，得到除氧器水位和除氧头温度的控制策略，分别建立了水位、进水和出水流量三冲量、温度和压力双冲量自适应调节模型，经实际应用验证效果显著。%Through the analysis of the principle of thermal oxygen, the water level of deaerator and de-aerator head temperature control strategy were obtained. The water level, influent and effluent flow three impulses, temperature and two impulse adaptive regulation models were established, and the practical application of verification effect was remarkable.
