轧钢加热炉综合节能技术浅析

摘要

Through the analysis on both domestic and abroad development of reheating furnace, and based on the basic function of reheating furnace, a roadmap for energy saving technology reconstruction on reheating furnace was put forward. The paper mainly focused on the best available energy saving technologies which mainly involve with the design, operation and management of reheating furnace, an-alyzed the application and results of energy saving technologies at different levels, and the reference ways were given to maximize the reheating furnace energy saving under the condition of meeting the slab reheating quality.%通过对国内、外轧钢加热炉的发展进程分析，围绕轧钢加热炉的基本功能定位，提出了轧钢加热炉综合节能技术改造的基本思路。重点从设计、操作及管理三个层面阐述了轧钢加热炉的实用节能新技术，分析了各层面节能技术的效果和应用情况，在确保钢坯加热质量的条件下，提出了实现加热炉综合节能效益最大化的参考意见。
