转炉氧枪喷头工艺参数优化与应用

摘要

180t converter was taken as the object of study.Through theoretical calculation and field investigation, it is found that there are many deficiencies in the lance.Combined with the actual production,optimizing the parameters of oxygen lance nozzle to meet the production requirements , the averageoxygen consumption per ton is decreased from 52m3 /t to 50m3 /t, the average oxygen time from18 minutes to 15 minutes, the service life is doubled.%以180 t转炉作为研究对象,通过理论计算和现场调研,发现喷枪存在许多缺陷.结合生产实际,优化氧枪喷头参数以满足生产要求,每吨钢平均耗氧从52m3/t下降到50m3/t,平均供氧时间从18min缩短到15min,使用寿命提高一倍.
