渣浆泵内部流场数值模拟及磨损研究

             

摘要

The 3D modeling software Pro/E was used to model the centrifugal slurry pump.The RNG k-ε model was used for solving the N-S equations.The governing equations for slurry pump internal flow were discretized using the finite volume method, and the SIMPLE algorithm was applied for flow field calculation.Results of the numerical simulation were analyzed to explore the effects of the initial concentration of solid phase, the solid particle size and the impeller structure on the velocity and pressure fields at the impeller and in the volute chamber.The abrasive wear behaviors at flow components of the slurry pump were analyzed, and the erosion characteristics of solid particles were investigated.The acquire results were expected for providing reference for improving the anti-wear properties and the hydraulic design of the slurry pump.%利用Pro/E三维造型软件对离心式渣浆泵进行实体造型,采用RNG k-ε模型来封闭求解N-S方程.采用控制体积法对渣浆泵流动控制方程进行离散化,采用相耦合SIMPLE算法进行流场计算,对数值模拟结果进行分析,得出初始固相浓度、固体颗粒粒径和叶轮结构对叶轮和蜗壳的速度场、压力场的影响;分析了渣浆泵过流部件的磨损规律,可为改善浆泵的抗磨性能和水利设计提供参考依据.
