煤矿工人不安全行为的心理及对策研究

摘要

The psychology of unsafe behavior of coal miners in coal undertakings is analyzes, the categories and causes of it are analyzed combined with the actual working conditions of coal miners, and the measures to solve the psychology of unsafe behavior of coal miners are proposed, aiming to help coal miners step out of the psychological shadow, work hard and create more value for the coal companies by studying the psychology of unsafe behavior of coal miners.%针对煤炭事业中煤矿工人不安全行为心理进行了分析，结合煤矿工人实际工作状态，剖析了煤矿工人中出现不安全行为心理的类别及产生原因，提出解决煤矿工人不安全行为心理的措施，旨在通过研究煤矿工人不安全行为心理，帮助煤矿工人走出心理阴影，努力工作，为煤炭企业创造更多价值。
