配备电动给水泵机组最佳运行压力试验研究

         

摘要

本文结合给水泵的运行方式,优化机组的进汽压力,确定机组最佳的运行方式.从高压缸做功变化、减温水量变化、电动给水泵耗功变化综合分析机组的运行经济性.主汽压力变化后,主汽门的节流发生变化,同时高压缸做功也发生变化,通过试验定量计算出它们对热耗的影响.利用等效热降计算出了减温水对煤耗的影响.在70%左右负荷,可以适当降低机组的运行压力,以实现单台给水泵运行的目的.单台泵运行方式下,机组的节电效益大于机组做功损耗,达到机组总体的经济性最好.%The main pressure of a Steam turbine unit was optimized combining with the feed pump operational mode. Based on the changes of high pressure cylinder' s work, changes of the spray desuperheating flow rate and changes of pump' s power consumption, a comprehensive analysis of unit operation efficiency has been carried out. The throtting and the high pressure cylinder' s work changes with the variation of the SV, and the influence to heat rate has been calculated by a test. The influence to coal equivalent calculation of the spray desuperheating flow has also been calculated by using the equivalent enthalpy drop model. In 70% - load, reducing pressure of unit operation appropriately can achieve the purpose of single pump operation. Under the condition of single pump operation, the unit electrical energy saving benefit was greater than the power loss, then the unit' s overall economy could achieve the best.
