聚光式全玻璃真空管炊具热性能数值模拟研究

         

摘要

文中以一种聚光式的新型全玻璃真空管炊具二维模型为基础,为研究其热性能,采用结构化网格对物理模型进行离散化,应用控制容积法对数学模型进行了数值计算,得到了在不同太阳辐照强度下的温度场分布图.结果表明:在半球形玻璃罩两端温度最高,在球形玻璃罩中间温度最低;在太阳辐照强度为1 000 W/m2时,真空管内(水介质)的最高温度为354 K.%This paper is based on two-dimensional model of a new all glass vacuum tube cooker.In order to study its thermal performance,the physical model is discretized by structured meshes.the numerical calculation of the mathematical model is carried out by using the control volume method,getting the distribution of temperature field in different solar radiation intensity.The result showed:the temperature at both ends of hemispherical glass dome is the highest,and the lowest temperature is in the middle of the spherical glass cover;when the solar radiation intensity is 1 000 W/m2,the highest temperature of vacuum tube (water media) was 354 K.
