本文提出了一种适用于绕管式换热器的两相均布装置—环形均布器.为了研究运行参数对其均布性的影响,基于VOF两相流及Realizablek-ε湍流模型,研究了环形均布器模型在不同运行条件下的均布性能.模拟结果表明:随着气相入口速度的增大,环形均布器的液相均匀性先变好后变差;随着液相入口压力的增大,环形均布器的液相均匀性得到改善.%A novel type loop distributor used in spiral-wound heat exchanger is proposed.For the impact of operational parameters on distribution characteristics of loop distributor,numerical simulation under different operational conditions based on the VOF multiphase flow model and the realizable k-ε turbulence model is carried out.The simulation results demonstrate that the distribution characteristics first go better and then deteriorate with the increase of the gas inlet velocity.The distribution characteristics gradually improve with the increase of the liquid pressure.
