The Chinese government attaches a great importance to the development of rural energy, and formulates a series of laws and regulations, issues of subsidies, financial support, tax incentives and other policies for biogas, straw energy utilization projects. The technical level of the fuel-saving stoves, coal stove and energy-saving Kang has been increasing. Household biogas construction technology and process has achieved a major breakthrough. Densified bio fuel equipment production and application has initially formed a certain scale. It has accumulatively developed and released more than 70 agricultural standards. Focus on the rural biogas, biomass and solar energy work has progressed quickly. CDM projects in rural biogas, voluntary carbon trading project development for biomass clean cook stoves has made substantial progress. But there still exists a series of problems: irrational energy consumption structure; the structure of energy consumption is unreasonable; serious indoor air pollution; single investment channels; mainly relying on the central government's subsidies; technology has yet to be perfected. Future rural energy development should be combined with new rural construction, and the improvement of the ecological environment, and hold on the principle of taking actions suitable for the local circumstances.%中国政府十分重视农村能源的发展,制定了法律法规,出台了沼气、秸秆能源化利用项目投资、补贴、税收优惠等政策.省柴节煤炉灶炕技术水平不断提升,户用沼气建设技术和工艺获得重大突破,成型设备的生产和应用已初步形成了一定的规模,累计制定并发布农业行业标准共7 0余项.以沼气、生物质能和太阳能为重点的农村能源综合开发利用和节约工作进展迅速.农村沼气CDM项目、生物质清洁炉灶自愿碳交易项目开发取得了实质性进展.但还存在着以秸秆、薪柴为主的能源消费结构不合理,能源消费结构不合理；室内空气污染严重；投资渠道单一,投入主要依靠中央补助；技术还有待完善等问题.未来发展要与新农村建设建设相结合,与生态环境改善相结合,坚持因地制宜的原则.
