数据中心能效和资源利用标准化发展研究

摘要

Data Centers, as an important electronics information infrastructure, have been developing rapidly to satisfy the requirements of national development. But the large energy consumption caused by data centers and its resources usage improvement standardization has not only been concerned by ISO and IEC but by Standardization Administration Committee of the People’s Republic of China. A number of international standards and national standards are under development regarding to Data Centers’ energy efficiency and resource usages. This paper introduces the status of standards development both on international level and national layer, and gives suggestions for accelerating the development of resource utilization in data center from the perspective of standardization.%在我国经济转型升级、两化加速融合、绿色低碳发展背景下，数据中心作为重要的电子信息基础设施，其建设呈快速发展态势，能耗问题日益突出。目前国内外标准化组织在数据中心资源利用领域已开展了大量标准研制工作，并取得阶段性成果。本文重点介绍国际标准化组织（ISO）、国际电工委员会（IEC）和国家标准化管理委员会组织开展的工作，结合我国数据中心发展的特点，从标准化角度提出加快数据中心资源利用领域发展的建议。
