为全面实现燃煤电厂超低排放、促进煤电产业转型升级、提升关键环保装备竞争力并改善大气环境质量,中国国电集团联合北京国电龙源环保工程有限公司、浙江大学等27家产学研用单位在国家科技部《大气污染成因与控制技术研究》专项中立项开展燃煤电厂低成本超低排放技术研究,在实现超低排放的同时保证运行可靠性、降低成本及改善环境质量,形成系列化低能耗、低投资的超低排放技术与规模装备.%In order to achieve ultra-low emissions for coal-fired power plants nationwide, push transformation of power industry, promote competitiveness of key environmental equipment, and improve air quality, China Guodian Group, in conjunction with other 27 companies, universities, research organizations including Beijing Guodian Longyuan Environmental Protection Engineering Co. Ltd., Zhejiang University, has been awarded under"air pollution sources and control technology research" program sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The main research focuses are to develop low cost air pollution control technologies to meet the requirement of ultra-low emissions for coal-fired utility industry. Meanwhile, the developed technologies need to ensure O&M reliability, reasonable cost, and beneficial impact on air quality. The outcome of this project is to establish a series of ultra low emission control technologies and equipments with low energy penalty and low capital investment.
