河南省重点用能单位能耗在线监测试点建设工作经验

摘要

Henan is one of the three pilot districts of energy consumption online monitoring system construction in key energy consuming units.This paper summarizes systematically the practice and experience of Henan on how to implement the energy consumption online monitoring system,including promoting joint work of the government and energy using units,strengthening supervision and inspection,performing steering system and so on.It will provide effective experience for other districts.%河南省是重点用能单位能耗在线监测试点省份之一.本文系统地总结了河南省推动能耗在线监测系统建设的主要做法,包括政企联合办公、加强督促检查、分片督导与重点督导相结合等工作措施和做法,为能耗在线监测系统在全国推广积累了经验.
