磁阀式可控电抗器的换流过程研究

     

摘要

介绍了30 kvar/380 V磁阀式可控电抗器的工作原理,分析了晶闸管和二极管在换流时的5种状态及其对应的电压电流变化情况,搭建模型进行了仿真分析,将仿真波形和实验波形对比,验证了保护电路的合理性,并给出了功率元件以及保护电路参数的选取方法。%Introduction was made to the working principle of 30 kvar/380 V magnetically-controlled reactor. This paper analyzed five states of thyristors and diodes in commutation and its corresponding voltage and currency changes. A model was built to carry out simulation analysis and comparison was made between simulated waveforms and experimented waveforms, which verified the reasonability of protection circuit. This paper raised the selection method of power elements and protection circuit parameters.
