基于国家电网公司技术规范的40.5kV开关设备的研发

摘要

Introduction was made to the special requirements of 40.5 kV switchgear in technical specifications of state grid corporation. Via analysis and calculation and on the basis of the existing switchgear cabinet, handcart and grounding switch electric execution functions were newly added. This paper designed the structure to meet withstanding internal arc grade, developing the switchgear applicable to technical specifications of state grid corporation. The product prototype has passed all type test items.%介绍了国家电网公司技术规范中对40.5kV开关设备的特殊技术要求。通过分析计算,在现有开关柜基础上新增手车及接地开关电动执行功能,并设计了满足耐受内部电弧等级的结构,开发了适用于国家电网公司技术规范的开关设备,产品样机通过了所有的型式试验项目。
