专变负控终端的采集成功率是用电信息采集系统应用中的关键。从通信、终端设置、主站设置、规约等多个方面，对影响专变负控终端采集成功率的因素进行分析，将安装准备、终端安装、现场调试、现场检查作为专变负控终端的最佳安装调试流程，为用电信息采集系统中终端调试及系统应用提供参考。%The collecting success rate of specified transformer load-controlled terminal is the key point in the application of the elec-tricity utilization information collection system. This paper analyzed factors of impacts on the specified transformer load-controlled terminal from the aspects of communications, terminal configuration, primary station arrangement, protocols and so on. The optimum installation and debugging process consisted of preparation of installation, terminal installation, on-site debugging and spot inspection. This process provides references for terminal debugging and system application in the electricity utilization information collection system.
