High-speed switch is an important part of the hybrid direct current circuit breaker. This paper presented a high-speed switch based on electro-magnetic repulsion operating mechanism. After theoretical approximate calculation and finite element simulation analysis, this paper gave the designing scheme of 15kV high-speed switches. Analysis was made to the reason why the separating brake of high-speed switches tripped too much to cause separating brake failure. This paper deduced each parametric mathematic relation in the physical process of separating brake tripping. The prototype testing result shows that the off-time for its 9mm is 2.9ms, and the separating brake rebound dis-tance is not more than 2mm, which meets the requirements of mixed type direct current circuit breaker high-speed switch.%高速开关是混合型直流断路器的重要组成部分,提出了一种基于电磁斥力操作机构的高速开关,通过理论近似计算和有限元仿真分析,给出了15 kV高速开关的设计方案。分析了高速开关分闸弹跳过大并导致分闸失败的原因,推导了分闸弹跳物理过程中各参数的数学关系。样机测试结果表明,其9 mm满行程时间为2.9 ms,分闸反弹不超过2 mm,能够满足混合型直流断路器对高速开关的需求。
